PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before your item ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

NOTE: If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before purchasing so we can provide expedited options and a more accurate delivery estimate for your area.

Shipping times are given as estimates -

sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately out of our control. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out so we can help out with options + more accurate shipping estimates specific to your location.

 

Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting . Make sure to emphasize your issue at the subject line when reaching out so that it is easy for me to attend to your needs and make sure the issue is resolved!

Returned-to-sender or refused parcels

Consumer will be issued store credit less initial & return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end.

Beach Seven Hair LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
